Joanna manages and oversees the new development team and portfolio here at Australian Homes Management.

Joanna arrived on the Gold Coast in 2006, she completed her Masters in Information Technology at Bond University before discovering her passion for Real Estate.

Joanna has built her solid career on the foundations of hard-work and integrity. She continues to foster a strong client base through her hard-work and dedication to both local and overseas clients, specifically those interested in buying or selling property on the Gold Coast.

Born and raised in China – a constant traveller, Joanna’s enthusiastic and dependable nature often sees her accompanying clients between Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne, offering a truly whole and unique professional service.

Fiona is responsible for managing our international clients as well as providing support to the executive team here at Australian Homes Management.

Having successfully completed a Bachelor of Accounting, Fiona’s strong business acumen teamed with her experience in contract negotiations and proposal management, allow her to guide international clients through the real estate process, initiating and monitoring account management and transfers whilst maintaining communication between clients and advisors.

Known for her ability to get things done, Fiona enjoys the diversity of her role and the team really do benefit from her energetic nature and high organisation skills.

Yuki manages and oversees the marketing team and digital campaigns here at Australian Homes Management.

Yuki leads the creation and development of compelling digital content marketing strategies to achieve exponential growth through a combination of strategic marketing initiatives, so to enhance the way we interact with existing and potential clients, both locally and internationally.

Yuki and her team work to provide insights from research data and international property trends and their impact on the domestic market.

With a Masters in Construction Practice, Yuki has a keen eye for detail and is able to identify  business and opportunities for our new build portfolio, she has established a strong client base online and works with our clients through optimised digital engagement.
